Chocotoy
Chocotoy uit Mexico is het gezicht van de generatie die is opgegroeid met Cartoon Network en manga, die praat met emoji’s in plaats van woorden. Hun kleurrijke en lachende karakters zijn zowel vertrouwd als verrassend. Chocotoy bestaat uit twee kunstenaars en creatievelingen die zich al meer dan een decennium wijden aan het ontwerpen van karakters en esthetiek vol kleur.
Chocotoy (Mexico) is the face of the generation that grew up with Cartoon Network and manga, that talks with emojis rather than words. Their colorful and smiling characters are both familiar and surprising. Chocotoy is made up by a two artists and creatives who, for more than a decade, have dedicated themselves to designing characters and aesthetics full of color.

About the Illustrada Festival artworks
Ze hebben samengewerkt met geweldige merken en artiesten van wereldklasse. Hun projecten vielen ook op, zowel in heel Latijns-Amerika onder begeleiding van kunstenaars als J Balvin en Bad Bunny, en in Hong-Kong met een installatie in ISQUARE, een van de belangrijkste winkelcentra in de stad.
